Janicek, CPA, CVA, ABV, CFF, FCPA President/CEO Earned a Bachelor Degree from the University of Louisville in 1981, earned CPA license from the State of Tennessee in 1986, earned the CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) designation in 2003, and the ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) designation in 2006. Extensive experience in state and federal taxation, business consulting and valuation, and estate planning. Adjunct faculty member and curriculum advisory committee member of Volunteer State Community College. Authored consulting and tax planning articles for the "Practical Accountant" and "Dentistry Today" magazines. Small business seminar speaker for Prime Trust Financial Services, Inc. Member of the American Institute of CPA's- tax division and private companies practice section, Tennessee Society of CPA's, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
